Warren Davidson, currently serving in the U.S. Congress and representing Ohio’s 8th district, shared his views on judicial and foreign policy matters through a series of tweets on April 21, 2025. Davidson, who succeeded John Boehner in 2016, often weighs in on national issues via his social media platforms.

In a post from the morning of April 21, Davidson offered a pointed critique of the judiciary. He stated, "Black-robed tyrants are still tyrants." This statement reflects his ongoing criticism of the perceived overreach by the judicial system.

Later that day, at 12:30 p.m., Davidson commented on America's foreign policy priorities. He advocated for a focus on national interests, stating, "An America First foreign policy requires a @SecDef who is effective and focused on America First. The swamp hates him, the swamp’s allies hate him, but the people love him. Keep fighting the good fight @PeteHegseth!" In this message, he expressed support for Pete Hegseth, affirming his alignment with policies centered around American interests.

In the afternoon, Davidson addressed the issue of immigration and its implications on congressional representation and citizenship. At 1:29 p.m., he criticized Democratic policies, arguing that they contribute to an influx of undocumented immigrants. He wrote, "Democrats flood the country with illegal immigrants, then seek to: - count them in the Census for representation in Congress - treat children born here to non-citizens as citizens - require courts to treat them as citizens until individually judged eligible for deportation. No!" This reflects his opposition to policies that he perceives as offering undue privileges to non-citizens.

Davidson, who was born in Sidney, Ohio, in 1970 and currently resides in Troy, Ohio, has been a vocal figure in Congress since he joined in 2016. Prior to his congressional service, he was a member of the Concord Township, Ohio, Board of Trustees.
