Warren Davidson, a U.S. Congressman representing Ohio's 8th district since 2016, recently shared his views on various issues through social media posts. Known for succeeding John Boehner, Davidson has been active in discussing political and economic matters.

On June 3, 2025, Davidson called on the National Institutes of Health to study what he termed "Trump Derangement Syndrome." He expressed concern over the impact this phenomenon is having on personal lives and relationships, describing it as an "irrational level of contempt and bitterness" that requires attention. "I’m calling on @nih to study Trump Derangement Syndrome. TDS is wrecking lives and relationships over an irrational level of contempt and bitterness. People need help!"

Later that day, Davidson addressed the issue of national deficits in another post. He questioned whether Congress should act immediately to reduce deficits or defer the responsibility to future legislative bodies. His remarks highlighted market concerns about risk pricing in bond markets due to existing deficits. "Do deficits matter? The markets say yes by pricing risk in the bond market. Should Congress reduce deficits now, or promise future a future Congress will?"

In a subsequent tweet, Davidson commented on former President Trump's offer to mediate peace between Ukraine and Russia. He suggested that both nations appear uninterested in ending their conflict and advocated for a shift in focus towards domestic issues within America. "President Trump offered to help restore peace between Ukraine and Russia. They clearly want to keep the war going. We should move on and focus on America."

Warren Davidson was born in Sidney, Ohio in 1970 and currently resides in Troy.
