Warren Davidson, a U.S. Congressman representing Ohio's 8th district since 2016, has shared several thoughts on various topics through his social media account. Davidson succeeded John Boehner and has been active in discussing historical events, financial systems, and political discourse.

On June 6, 2025, Davidson reflected on the significance of D-Day with a post stating "Sometimes peace must be imposed before it can be restored." He commemorated the role of the 101st Airborne Division, known as the "Screaming Eagles," in Operation Albany during the wider D-Day Operation Overlord. The division was tasked with disrupting enemy forces.

Later that day, Davidson addressed financial systems by urging for a change in banking practices. He stated "Make banks run their own balance sheets again." His remarks highlighted concerns about non-bank lenders and criticized banks for keeping cash idle.

In another post on June 6, 2025, Davidson emphasized maintaining civility in political discussions. He advised against personal attacks over policy differences by saying "Don't let policy differences become personal." Additionally, he mentioned introducing a bill to study what he referred to as "Trump Derangement Syndrome."

Warren Davidson was born in Sidney, Ohio in 1970 and currently resides in Troy. Before his congressional career, he served on the Concord Township Board of Trustees from 2004 to 2005.
