Warren Davidson, a member of the U.S. Congress representing Ohio's 8th district since 2016, has shared his views on several topics through social media posts. His comments address issues such as military intervention, surveillance, fiscal policy, and international diplomacy.

On June 16, 2025, Davidson expressed his opposition to "more wars in more places," increased surveillance of Americans, and larger deficits. He anticipated that these stances would lead to heightened criticism from what he described as the "dishonest Swamp." Despite this expectation, he maintained that "I still suffer from this mental disorder where I believe facts matter."

The following day, June 17, 2025, Davidson commented on international relations involving South Korea and former President Trump. He noted that South Korea had received tactical support and praised Trump's efforts to restore peace. Davidson questioned whether the challenges faced by Trump in Ukraine and Israel were due to differences between "tactical support and tactical participation." He remarked on Trump's "exceptional effort" in these matters.

Later that day, Davidson addressed financial policies concerning the Federal Reserve's master accounts. He criticized the practice of paying banks interest on reserve deposits post-2008 financial crisis without requiring them to manage their own money actively. Banks now earn interest rates higher than most hedge fund management fees at "4.4% - more than most hedge fund management fees." He suggested that Congress could terminate this policy but has chosen not to do so.

Warren Davidson was born in Sidney, Ohio in 1970 and currently resides in Troy. Before serving in Congress since replacing John Boehner in 2016, he was a trustee for Concord Township from 2004 to 2005.
