On August 16, Davidson wrote about Alejandro Mayorkas, the Secretary of Homeland Security: "Alejandro Mayorkas should be charged with treason. Along with accomplices, Mayorkas willfully trampled our laws to facilitate an invasion of our country - having sworn an oath to do the opposite as Secretary of Homeland Security."
