Warren Davidson, a U.S. Congressman representing Ohio’s 8th district since 2016, posted a series of messages on his social media account over the weekend, addressing issues of personal conduct, privacy rights, and faith.
On September 20, 2025, Davidson wrote: "Don’t hurt people. Don’t take their stuff. Don’t tolerate those who do."
The following day, on September 21, 2025, he commented on privacy concerns in the context of constitutional governance: "Privacy has been trampled. Freedom surrendered is rarely reclaimed, but to restore a government small enough to fit within the Constitution we must reclaim our privacy. It’s your data!"
Later that same day, Davidson posted a brief message invoking faith and perseverance: "Pray for it. Work for it. Soli Deo Gloria."
Davidson has represented Ohio's 8th District in Congress since replacing John Boehner in 2016 and previously served as a trustee in Concord Township from 2004 to 2005. Born in Sidney, Ohio in 1970 and currently residing in Troy at age 53, Davidson frequently addresses themes related to individual rights and constitutional limits on government.
