Warren Davidson, a U.S. Congressman representing Ohio’s 8th district since 2016, posted several statements on October 4, 2025, addressing issues ranging from digital currency and government funding to press freedom.

In a post made early in the day, Davidson wrote, "The globalists in America want the same thing. In fact, they’re working with the globalists everywhere else to corrupt the money into a system of surveillance, coercion, and control by implementing Central Bank Digital Currency and Digital ID. Defeat them. Defend Freedom!" (October 4, 2025).

Later that morning, Davidson questioned Senate procedures regarding government funding: "Should the Senate ditch the 60-vote rule for appropriations to pass funding bills by majority vote, or wait for enough Democrats to do the right thing?" (October 4, 2025).

By evening, Davidson commented on media integrity and recent legislative actions: "An honest free press is essential to defending freedom. Democrats have been funding healthcare for illegals. We turned it off. In an attempt to restore their loopholes, Democrats shutdown the government." (October 4, 2025).

Davidson succeeded John Boehner in Congress and has previously served as a trustee in Concord Township from 2004 to 2005. Born in Sidney, Ohio in 1970 and currently residing in Troy at age 53, Davidson has consistently focused his messaging on themes of governmental transparency and national sovereignty.
