Fairfield home prices fall in August 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2018 in Fairfield fell by $3,100 while total sales decreased by 6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2018, there were 63 homes sold, with a median sale price of $149,900 - a 2% decrease over the $153,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 67 homes sold in Fairfield in August 2017.
