Morgan home prices fall in July 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2018 in Morgan fell by $93,250 while total sales increased by 75%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2018, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $178,000 - a 34.4% decrease over the $271,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Morgan in July 2017.
