Monroe home prices fall in June 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2018 in Monroe fell by $4,250 while total sales increased by 21.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2018, there were 28 homes sold, with a median sale price of $170,750 - a 2.4% decrease over the $175,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 23 homes sold in Monroe in June 2017.
