The median sale price of a home sold in January 2018 in Madison Township rose by $55,050 while total sales increased by 75%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2018, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $133,500 - a 70.2% increase over the $78,450 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Madison Township in January 2017.
