Monroe home prices fall in January 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2018 in Monroe fell by $36,750 while total sales decreased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2018, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $150,000 - a 19.7% decrease over the $186,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 12 homes sold in Monroe in January 2017.
