Middletown home prices rise in the fourth quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2018 in Middletown rose by $10,050 while total sales decreased by 9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2018, there were 202 homes sold, with a median sale price of $86,500 - a 13.1% increase over the $76,450 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 222 homes sold in Middletown in the fourth quarter of 2017.
