Hanover Township home prices rise in the fourth quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2018 in Hanover Township rose by $17,450 while total sales increased by 40.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2018, there were 31 homes sold, with a median sale price of $141,000 - a 14.1% increase over the $123,550 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 22 homes sold in Hanover Township in the fourth quarter of 2017.
