Lemon Township home prices fall in the third quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2018 in Lemon Township fell by $11,950 while total sales remained unchanged with eight homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2018, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $13,000 - a 47.9% decrease over the $24,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Lemon Township in the third quarter of 2017, as well.
