Middletown home prices rise in the third quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2018 in Middletown rose by $2,500 while total sales decreased by 10.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2018, there were 221 homes sold, with a median sale price of $82,500 - a 3.1% increase over the $80,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 247 homes sold in Middletown in the third quarter of 2017.
