Hanover Township home prices rise in the third quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2018 in Hanover Township rose by $20,500 while total sales increased by 48.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2018, there were 40 homes sold, with a median sale price of $160,500 - a 14.6% increase over the $140,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 27 homes sold in Hanover Township in the third quarter of 2017.
