Liberty Township home prices rise in the third quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2018 in Liberty Township rose by $5,000 while total sales increased by 13.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2018, there were 189 homes sold, with a median sale price of $265,000 - a 1.9% increase over the $260,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 166 homes sold in Liberty Township in the third quarter of 2017.
