Middletown home prices fall in the second quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2018 in Middletown fell by $3,000 while total sales increased by 5.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2018, there were 241 homes sold, with a median sale price of $84,000 - a 3.4% decrease over the $87,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 229 homes sold in Middletown in the second quarter of 2017.
