Hamilton home prices unchanged in the second quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2018 in Hamilton was unchanged while total sales increased by 8.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2018, there were 279 homes sold, with a median sale price of $92,000. There were 257 homes sold in Hamilton in the second quarter of 2017, and the median sales price for the period was also $92,000.
