Monroe home prices rise in the second quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2018 in Monroe rose by $3,100 while total sales decreased by 4.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2018, there were 60 homes sold, with a median sale price of $185,000 - a 1.7% increase over the $181,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 63 homes sold in Monroe in the second quarter of 2017.
