Wayne home prices fall in the first quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2018 in Wayne fell by $11,500 while total sales increased by 28.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2018, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $153,000 - a 7% decrease over the $164,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Wayne in the first quarter of 2017.
