New Miami home prices fall in the second half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2018 in New Miami fell by $7,500 while total sales decreased by 30.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2018, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $32,500 - a 18.8% decrease over the $40,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 13 homes sold in New Miami in the second half of 2017.
