Hamilton home prices rise in the second half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2018 in Hamilton rose by $11,900 while total sales decreased by 4.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2018, there were 497 homes sold, with a median sale price of $98,900 - a 13.7% increase over the $87,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 519 homes sold in Hamilton in the second half of 2017.
