Madison Township home prices rise in the second half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2018 in Madison Township rose by $36,333 while total sales increased by 16.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2018, there were 63 homes sold, with a median sale price of $155,000 - a 30.6% increase over the $118,668 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 54 homes sold in Madison Township in the second half of 2017.
