Hanover Township home prices rise in the second half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2018 in Hanover Township rose by $23,500 while total sales increased by 44.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2018, there were 71 homes sold, with a median sale price of $154,000 - a 18% increase over the $130,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 49 homes sold in Hanover Township in the second half of 2017.
