Wayne home prices fall in the first half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2018 in Wayne fell by $10,500 while total sales increased by 61.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2018, there were 34 homes sold, with a median sale price of $154,000 - a 6.4% decrease over the $164,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 21 homes sold in Wayne in the first half of 2017.
