Ross home prices rise in the first half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2018 in Ross rose by $5,000 while total sales decreased by 15.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2018, there were 37 homes sold, with a median sale price of $177,500 - a 2.9% increase over the $172,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 44 homes sold in Ross in the first half of 2017.
