Liberty Township home prices rise in the first half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2018 in Liberty Township rose by $18,750 while total sales increased by 0.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2018, there were 292 homes sold, with a median sale price of $262,250 - a 7.7% increase over the $243,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 290 homes sold in Liberty Township in the first half of 2017.
