Hanover Township home prices fall in the second half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2017 in Hanover Township fell by $2,500 while total sales decreased by 24.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2017, there were 49 homes sold, with a median sale price of $130,500 - a 1.9% decrease over the $133,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 65 homes sold in Hanover Township in the second half of 2016.
