Monroe home prices rise in 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in 2017 in Monroe rose by $4,900 while total sales increased by 3.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2017, there were 197 homes sold, with a median sale price of $171,900 - a 2.9% increase over the $167,000 median sale price for the previous year. There were 190 homes sold in Monroe in 2016.
