Fairfield home prices fall in September 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2020 in Fairfield fell by $12,000 while total sales increased by 31.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2020, there were 67 homes sold, with a median sale price of $168,000 - a 6.7% decrease over the $180,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 51 homes sold in Fairfield in September 2019.
