Hanover Township home prices rise in the third quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2020 in Hanover Township rose by $26,000 while total sales decreased by 19.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2020, there were 33 homes sold, with a median sale price of $203,500 - a 14.6% increase over the $177,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 41 homes sold in Hanover Township in the third quarter of 2019.

The median sales tax in Hanover Township for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $1,993, approximately 1% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2020.
