Pricing for the median home in Morgan increased during the second half of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2020 in Morgan rose by $14,751 while total sales decreased by 8.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2020, there were 32 homes sold, with a median sale price of $200,751 - a 7.9% increase over the $186,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 35 homes sold in Morgan in the second half of 2019.

The median sales tax in Morgan for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $2,634, approximately 1.3% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2020.
