The second half of 2020: Hanover Township experienced a 29.9% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2020 in Hanover Township rose by $50,450 while total sales decreased by 27%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2020, there were 54 homes sold, with a median sale price of $219,250 - a 29.9% increase over the $168,800 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 74 homes sold in Hanover Township in the second half of 2019.
