The second half of 2020: Home prices in Seven Mile increased

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2020 in Seven Mile rose by $214,600 while total sales decreased by 42.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2020, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $394,500 - a 119.3% increase over the $179,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Seven Mile in the second half of 2019.

The median sales tax in Seven Mile for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $1,506, approximately 0.4% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2020.
