Hamilton median home prices rose by 22.8% in November 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2020 in Hamilton rose by $24,500 while total sales decreased by 1.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2020, there were 76 homes sold, with a median sale price of $132,000 - a 22.8% increase over the $107,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 77 homes sold in Hamilton in November 2019.
