Median home prices in Middletown rose to $100,000 in the first quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2021 in Middletown rose by $9,500 while total sales increased by 2.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2021, there were 191 homes sold, with a median sale price of $100,000 - a 10.5% increase over the $90,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 186 homes sold in Middletown in the first quarter of 2020.
