Pricing for the median home in Oxford decreased during the first quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2021 in Oxford fell by $86,500 while total sales increased by 21.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2021, there were 45 homes sold, with a median sale price of $179,500 - a 32.5% decrease over the $266,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 37 homes sold in Oxford in the first quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in Oxford for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $2,323, approximately 1.3% of the median home sale price for the first quarter of 2021.
