The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2021 in Morgan rose by $17,500 while total sales increased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2021, there were 10 homes sold, with a median sale price of $183,750 - a 10.5% increase over the $166,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Morgan in the first quarter of 2020.
