How to participate in this public meeting:
Submit an E-Comment Form
- Due by 2:00pm the day of the meeting. Comments will be recorded by city staff and shared with City Councilors prior to the meeting.
- To speak about items, not on the agenda, you will speak at the beginning of the meeting when the Mayor asks if there is any public comment.
- To speak about items on the agenda, wait for that section of the agenda to be read, and then the Mayor will ask if there is any public comment on that topic.
