January 2022: Fairfield experienced a 29.7% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2022 in Fairfield rose by $52,700 while total sales increased by 3.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2022, there were 63 homes sold, with a median sale price of $229,900 - a 29.7% increase over the $177,200 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 61 homes sold in Fairfield in January 2021.
