Morgan home prices rose in April

The median sale price of a home sold in April in Morgan rose by $28,500 while total sales decreased by 42.9 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $173,500 - a 19.7 percent increase over the $145,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Morgan in April 2021.

The median sales tax in Morgan for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $2,634, approximately 1.5 percent of the median home sale price for April.
