May: Liberty Township experienced a 7.9% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in May in Liberty Township rose by $28,300 while total sales increased by 19.5 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May, there were 49 homes sold, with a median sale price of $385,300 - a 7.9 percent increase over the $357,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 41 homes sold in Liberty Township in May 2021.
