Rising home prices in Fairfield Township in Q2

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2022 in Fairfield Township rose by $50,000 while total sales decreased by 27.2 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June, there were 83 homes sold, with a median sale price of $300,000 - a 20 percent increase over the $250,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 114 homes sold in Fairfield Township in the second quarter of 2021.
