Q2: Home prices in Lemon Township increased

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2022 in Lemon Township rose by $12,350 while total sales increased by 45.5 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June, there were 16 homes sold, with a median sale price of $87,250 - a 16.5 percent increase over the $74,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 11 homes sold in Lemon Township in the second quarter of 2021.
