Rising home prices in Ross in the first half of 2022

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2022 in Ross rose by $73,550 while total sales increased by 6.8 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June, there were 47 homes sold, with a median sale price of $295,000 - a 33.2 percent increase over the $221,450 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 44 homes sold in Ross in the first half of 2021.

The median sales tax in Ross for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $2,802, approximately 0.9 percent of the median home sale price for the first half of 2022.
