Warren Davidson, a U.S. Congressman representing Ohio's 8th district since 2016, recently shared his thoughts on various issues through a series of tweets. Davidson, who succeeded John Boehner, has been vocal about financial advice and judicial activism.
On March 20, 2025, Davidson advised against financing costly food delivery services. He stated: "Dear America, Don't finance expensive food delivery. Ever. If you think this makes sense for you, get credit counseling asap."
The following day, on March 21, 2025, he expressed confidence in Chairman Jim Jordan and the Judiciary GOP to address what he considers as judicial overreach. He tweeted: "I am confident Chairman @Jim_Jordan and @JudiciaryGOP will focus on correcting this abusive and nonsensical activism from the bench."
Later that day, Davidson commented on the challenges faced by President Trump's agenda due to judicial activism. He noted: "On top of the massive caseload, designed to shut down President Trump's agenda, these activists have no fixed view of the Constitution. Their living document approach can make the words mean whatever they must to stop Trump." He emphasized moving forward despite these obstacles.
