Warren Davidson, a U.S. Congressman representing Ohio's 8th district since 2016, has been vocal on various political issues through his social media presence. Born in Sidney, Ohio in 1970 and currently residing in Troy, Davidson succeeded John Boehner and previously served on the Concord Township Board of Trustees.

On June 19, 2025, Davidson commented on the Senate's passage of the Genius Act to regulate stablecoins federally. In a subsequent post dated June 20, 2025, he expressed a desire for a political party focused on reducing government size and increasing accountability: "Somebody somewhere should turn something off. If only we had an opportunity for a party that campaigns on smaller, more accountable government to deliver smaller, more accountable government."
