Warren Davidson, a member of the U.S. Congress representing Ohio's 8th district since 2016, has recently shared his perspectives on various issues through a series of tweets. Davidson, who succeeded John Boehner, has voiced concerns on monetary policy, military engagements, and political actions regarding environmental subsidies.

On June 21, 2025, Davidson criticized Federal Reserve Chairman Jerome Powell's decision to maintain interest rates. He expressed that "by refusing to lower rates, and continuing to pay banks for keeping their cash at the Federal Reserve, Chairman Powell not only guarantees banks make more money for doing less but also slows economic growth."

In another tweet on the same day, Davidson reflected on the implications of military conflicts. He stated that "more wars in more places have left us less free, less safe, and more burdened by debt."

Later that evening, Davidson commented on the political dynamics surrounding environmental policies. He noted with disapproval that "zero Republican votes for the Green New Deal when it passed, but now House & Senate Republicans want to keep the subsidies flowing. What a shame."

Davidson was born in Sidney, Ohio in 1970 and currently resides in Troy. Prior to his congressional service, he was a trustee on the Concord Township Board from 2004 to 2005.
